Required skills

• Fluent in Czech
• Working proficiency in English
• Troubleshooting hardware and software familiarity with OS and common applications.
• Strong communication interpersonal patience and empathy.
• Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution task prioritization.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.
• Accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions reporting on common issues.
• Collaboration with crossfunctional teams for issue resolution willingness to share knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing requirements flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Efficient time management to meet deadlines task prioritization based on urgency and impact.
