As a Cyber Security and Business Continuity Expert you will:

• Serve as a facilitator coach and Scrum master with a strong emphasis on Cyber Security Information Risk and Disaster Recovery Advisory.
  
• Lead the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies.
  
• Craft Disaster Recovery (DR) master plans and run book templates and conduct DR workshops to ensure application restoration capabilities.
  
• Enhance operational resilience through proactive collaboration with business units to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  
• Leverage your customerfacing experience to build and maintain strong relationships with toptier Banking and Financial clients.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Over 10 years of experience as a facilitator coach or Scrum master with a detailed understanding of Cyber Security Information Risk and Disaster Recovery.
  
• Expertise in setting up Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  
• Demonstrated ability to conduct DR workshops and a deep knowledge of application restoration.
  
• A proven track record of enhancing operational resilience and effectively collaborating with business units to address operational risks.
  
• At least 5 years of customerfacing role experience preferably with toptier Banking and Financial customers.
  
• Strong analytical organizational and decisionmaking skills with the capability to plan and execute projects efficiently.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to coach teams and foster a high customer orientation.
