- Paid relocation to Greece
- REMOTE IN ATHENS
- WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 09:00 18:00
- STARTING DATE: 26/03/2024
Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize phone calls emails and chats in order to provide a seamless customer experience
- Provide advice and insights on products
- Resolve issues of a technical nature in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with a thorough needs assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns
Requisitos
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Norwegian (at least C1)
- Good level of English (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there with our excellent relocation package
