Customer Support Specialist - Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customercentric individual to join our growing Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist (German). In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in German
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Research and provide accurate and uptodate information to customers
• Document interactions and maintain clear records
• Uphold company standards for customer service excellence
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software applications
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Schedule:

• Fulltime: MondaySunday 7:00 AM 10:00 PM (38.75 hours/week)
• Parttime options available: (Schedule will vary based on chosen option)
  • 30 hours/week
  • 25 hours/week
  • 20 hours/week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience:
  • Fulltime: 1400 EUR gross 100 EUR KPI bonus
  • Parttime: Salary based on working hours (e.g. 30 hrs/week 1083.87 EUR gross) bonus

Training:

• All employees (fulltime and parttime) will undergo a compulsory 2week training program starting on the first day of employment.
• Training will be conducted remotely from home MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (or similar).

Shift Details:

• Shifts are planned for 7 hours and 45 minutes.
• Parttimers will work full shifts (7.75 hours) but not necessarily every day.
• The schedule will rotate through early (9:00 AM 11:00 AM) late (1:30 PM 3:35 PM) and middle shifts (11:00 AM 12:00 PM) to ensure coverage across all hours.
• New hires will not be assigned early morning shifts (7:00 AM 9:00 AM).

• Slovak Residence Card
