Job Description

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Manage and track gear booking
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Manage Return and Repair Tickets
  • Demo gear maintenance
  • 1st line support
  • Manage and track support tickets (support email)
  • Electrical repair, maintenance and modifications


Requirements


  • Ensure all processes used by service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly upgraded
  • Sales background will help
  • Conduct and share results of service and operation performance reviews
  • Well spoken
  • Computer and telephone skills
  • Technically minded
  • Drivers license
  • Backgroundin sales will be advantageous
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with mining technology industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Qualification Information Technology or relevant diploma advantageous
