Are you passionate about cycling sustainability and customer care excellence Bike Club the leader in childrens bike subscription services is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to start and enhance our customer journey and support the growing community of family cyclists in The Netherlands.

Bike Club Introduction

At Bike Club we offer subscriptions for childrens bikes that grow with your kids. Families pay a monthly fee and when their children outgrow their bikes we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the used bikes and make them available to other families. Its sustainable and hasslefree.

With over 80000 bikes we are the secondlargest bike rental network globally and the largest in the childrens bike sector. With over $50 million in funding we are rapidly expanding across Europe. While our headquarters is in the United Kingdom we are already active in Germany Austria and Spain. Now we are bringing Bike Club to the cycling paradise the Netherlands and we need your help.

About the Role

Situated in Amsterdam the Customer Support Specialist will be instrumental in Bike Clubs sustained success and customer happiness.

You develop and improve customer support guidelines to provide exceptional member experiences act as the main point of contact for customers regarding subscription inquiries and orders manage subscriptions and ensure clear communication and work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

This role is customtailored for bike enthusiasts who are ready to pedal fullthrottle turbocharging our companys vision and igniting our journey of growth in the vibrant Dutch cycling scene. Lets gear up and ride into new horizons together!

Tasks

  • Craft and enhance customer support frameworks to ensure an outstanding experience for our members.
  • Serve as the premier liaison for our customers guiding them through their Bike Club subscription details product offerings services and the order process.
  • Oversee the management of subscriptions uphold database integrity and foster consistent clear communication with our Bike Club families.
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ Operations and Marketing teams to boost customer satisfaction and support a cycle of continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • You possess a strong sense of empathy and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • You thrive in fastpaced environments excel at multitasking and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Clear communication a native fluency in Dutch and proficient English.
  • You have a passion for sustainability and making an impact on Europes kids bike rental landscape.
