Position Overview:

Were currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the EU. In this role youll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive topnotch technical support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries providing product guidance and delivering exceptional service via live chat and email.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in a support specialist role preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings evenings and nights.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
