Working Hours : MF 9am5pm EST

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Assist customers with product selection or problems they may encounter.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure customer privacy and data protection.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven customer support experience for at least 2 years.
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in the technology industry.
Familiarity with cloudbased software and services.
Experience working in a remote customer support role.
Additional Skills:
