Customer Support Representative

SUMMARY

The Customer Associate is the first point of contact to address our customer needs and creates solutions in the best interest of our customers and Owens Corning. This position engages and collaborates with external customers and internal partners to make Owens Corning the supplier of choice. This role delivers consistent service to our customers takes proactive actions to meet customer needs and leverages relationships to obtain outsidein market insights..

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and emails order management and issue resolution.
• The Customer Associate is a team player adaptable to change and is an active learner who seeks out and learns market trends and behaviors.
• This role is part of Customer Operations within the Supply Chain Team.
• Provides service to individuals in a facetoface setting that may include greeting visitors providing directions fielding complaints answering questions and/or providing information about an organization or service.
• May include some telephone and/or mail (including electronic) interaction.
• May work as part of a team or as an individual. May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes. This is not applicable to Contact Center positions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
