Join our team as a Customer Service Agent specializing in voice support. Located in the vibrant city of Riga Latvia this role involves handling customer queries through phone calls chats and emails As part of a rapidly growing team you will contribute to the success of our operations by providing topnotch customer service.

Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone calls with customer queries and providing timely resolutions.
  • Recording case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication via phone email and chat.
  • Meeting performance goals for case resolution timeframes and urgency escalation.
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction and meeting quality standards on all handled contacts.
  • Completing staffed time hours on all rostered days.
  • Efficiently handling contacts based on response time and issue resolution goals.
  • Undertaking additional tasks to support clients and enhance team performance.
  • Participating in training sessions as required.

Requirements

To excel in this role you should have:

  • An EU Passport
  • Nearnative or native proficiency in a relevant market language (interpreted as CEFR level C1) and manageable English skills (B1 or better).
  • Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Commitment to meeting performance goals and quality standards.
