Position Openings: Customer Support Lead / Project LeadWork Location : Bull Temple Road Basavangudi Bangalore
  • Eligibility Any degree (Fine even if not completed)
  • No. of positions 2
  • Preferred: 2 to 4 Years experience in Customer Relationship management
  • Advantage if experienced in Education ERP implementation in School/College or University
  • Excellent education ERP implementation knowledge (optional)
  • Compensation: 270000 per annum to 360000 per annum
  • Work Location: Bangalore
Skill Requirements:
  • Very Good communication and presentation skills in English. Should have good command over it.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Good Attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS office is must
Willing to travel to customer location in bangalore and rarely outside bangalore. Will be working from our Head office BangaloreInterview RoundsResume screeningFace to Face InterviewPresentation skillsHRJob Role & Responsibilities
  1. Learn about companys software modules & features
  2. Understand customer requirements
  3. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone email
  4. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  5. Learn to configure the requirements in companys software
  6. Create training materials & train the users
  7. Maintain Customer Satisfaction & Build strong relationship with customers
  8. Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customer
  9. Meeting regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project.
  10. Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders
  11. Designing the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications.
  12. Manage internal team and coordination among other functional teams
