Job Overview

  • Shift: Regular Schedule (Mon Fri; 7AM 4PM)

Ignite Your Responsibilities

Help Desk & Customer Support

  • Man the chatbot during AEST business hours and respond to live chat requests.
  • Manage the HowToo help desk responding to all inquiries received via Zendesk email and ensuring bugs are fixed and clients are updated on new features and fixes.
  • Update CRM with all relevant pre and postsales information maintaining data integrity.
  • Maintain and update HowToo Help Desk content.
  • Maintain a high NPS and CSAT score through continuous analysis of customer engagement metrics.
  • Close the customer feedback loop by continuously analyzing customer touchpoints and engagement during the onboarding journey.

Quality Information Security Environmental & Work Health Safety:

  • Personally commit to information management system policy and procedures.
  • Contribute to Management Review processes.
  • Report incidents and illness/injury.
  • Request corrective actions to prevent recurrences of incidents and illness/injury.
Elevate Your Qualifications
  • Relevant customer service or support experience.
  • Strong technical and customer service skills.
  • Preferably experienced with analytics tools such as MixPanel.
  • Understanding of key customer journey funnel activities.
  • Understanding of onboarding journeys in software.
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and take initiative in finding solutions.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn how to use and navigate new software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
