Experience Required: 0 6 month
- Qualification : Graduate with any field (BBA graduates preferable)
- Work Location : Surat India (on site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English verbal and written communication
- Client and audience query handling
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Providing detailed information to customers
- Prompt response over Product Chat box
- Coordination with Technical team
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Taking feedback from the customers
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
