Job Description: Customer Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Mode: Fulltime

Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer with a strong background in SQL scripting familiarity with Scrum methodologies and proficiency in writing stored procedures. The ideal candidate will possess disciplined work ethics adept at managing cases efficiently and capable of navigating complex SQL environments. Experience in healthcare data and familiarity with the EDI process will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize expertise in SQL scripting to develop and maintain stored procedures.
  2. Employ Scrum methodologies to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
  3. Write and optimize SQL queries for performance and reliability.
  4. Analyze SQL traces and troubleshoot performance issues.
  5. Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing queries and issues.
  6. Document all activities and interactions in detail for reference and analysis.
  7. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  8. Demonstrate strong discipline in adhering to timelines and service level agreements.
  9. Leverage healthcare data knowledge to provide tailored support solutions.
  10. Navigate the EDI process to troubleshoot and resolve related issues effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in SQL scripting and writing stored procedures.
  3. Proficiency in SQL trace analysis and performance optimization techniques.
  4. Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and agile development practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  8. Prior experience in healthcare data management is highly desirable.
  9. Knowledge of EDI processes and standards is a plus.
