SolidCam is a leading company in the manufacturing industry specializing in computeraided manufacturing (CAM) software solutions. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Clerk to join our team. In this role you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients.
As a Customer Support Clerk at SolidCam you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone email and chat
Assist customers with troubleshooting CAM software issues and provide timely solutions
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries
Conduct software demos and provide training to customers on new features and functionalities
Identify and analyze trends in customer requests and offer suggestions for improvement
Provide feedback to internal teams on product functionality user experience and potential enhancements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
