Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer support associate to facilitate positive communications between NOCS Provisions and our end user direct customers as well as retail and corporate customers. You will passionately immerse yourself in the culture of the brand understand the nuances between our product line and become an expert in the space of optics.

You will be a positive point person for our customers to communicate with empowered to make decisions and recommendations based on your own knowledge to best serve our customers needs. You will crossfunctionally communicate with our Operations Manager Head of Product and VP of Sales as part of the roles core functionality.



Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely accurate and empathetic manner via email chat or phone
  • Monitor customer complaints and proactively reach out to provide assistance
  • Assist customers with initiating returns and processing warranties
  • Gather customer feedback/requests and share them with our product sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate on reports regarding our warranty and returns rates

Group Sales Support:
  • Act as the first point of contact for our Group Sales channel to coordinate specialty orders
  • Communicate with Ops and Sales Teams regarding Group Sales to ensure order placement and followthrough


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of exposure in customer service ideally within the logistics and/or ecommerce industry
  • Handson experience with Gorgias and Shopify. Alternative to these two will suffice
  • Experience with any warehouse system
  • Handson experience with Google Sheets
  • Sound decisionmaking and organizational skills
  • Open communicator gogetter and a team player
  • The Vibe Someone who works smart but also who knows fun
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension both written and verbal
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 12AM9AM

At least 3 years of experience in web design or proven experience/portfolio Proficient in javascript / node.js Work with React or other frontend scripting languages Ability to troubleshoot HTML or CSS Be able to take a Mockup and work with others to transform it into a full-fledged webpage Able to work independently and with other developers within Agile environments Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS Must be able to work from 12AM-8AM Bonus points: Worked with headless commerce applications
