This is a remote position.
Were on the lookout for Remote Customer Support Agents to join our customercentric team from home and to be the primary link between our clients customers both current and potential. We are looking for agents who can tackle customer issues complaints and inquires head on all while keeping customer satisfaction at the fore front of their decisionmaking and communication. Must be able to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively. Must have strong phone active listening and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer care is a plus!
