Customer Support Agent French speaking

Were partnering with a leading BPO consultancy to find a passionate Frenchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Greece! This exciting opportunity offers a flexible work arrangement allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in Greece or onsite in Athens.

Tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone email and chat).
• Continuously learn and expand your knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for leading partners handling basic questions general inquiries cancellations and amendments.
• Utilize appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate complete and valid information.
• Ensure a positive and highquality customer experience for all interactions.

Requirements

• Professionally fluent French speaker (both written and spoken)
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
• Previous customer service/support experience
• Car rental experience (preferred)
• Hospitality experience (a plus)
• Passionate about customer service and satisfaction
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Positive upbeat and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to clearly explain product/service knowledge
