Were partnering with a leading BPO company to find a talented Croatianspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join their team in Romania! This exciting opportunity offers both remote and officebased options allowing you to choose the work environment that best suits you.

Tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone and email).
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist users with presales questions general inquiries and technical support issues.
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer challenges and offer solutions within established timeframes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior representative.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to resolve customer inquiries and close tickets.
  • Actively listen to customers understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Document customer interactions comments and complaints according to company procedures.

Requirements

  • Professionally fluent in Croatian language (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language
  • High school diploma or an equivalent
  • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic with a balance of independence and teamwork
  • Customer service experience (a plus)
