We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian or Slovenianspeaking Chat Customer Support Representative to support customers of a wellknown electronic device brand.
Location: ClujNapoca Romania
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communication via incoming emails tickets and chat with customers in order to solve their issues related to the products
  • Customer Order Management
  • Secure and deepen client retention contribute to excellent customer support
  • Secure that all complaints are being recognized recorded confirmed and solved effectively
  • Adhere to given processes and procedures
  • Update the database of customers and document activities
  • Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • C1 written and verbal communication skills in Croatian or Slovenian
  • B2 English
  • Preferable college degree or related work experience
  • Good MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized
  • Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies will be an advantage.

  • Schedule: full time MondaySunday 24/7 (for now we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM 6 PM; 3.30 PM 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 short breaks
