Please pay attention to the fact that the basic schedule is 2/2 10 am 10 pm ET (15:00 03:00 Central European Time / 17:00 05:00 GMT 3). Up to 3 times a month the schedule may be shifted 4 hours towards day/night time to cover other teammates shifts.


TripleTen is a service that empowers individuals regardless of their prior experience to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions. Our bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering data science business intelligence analytics and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career.


Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to successfully master a new profession find their purpose and become a valuable member of the tech industry. TripleTen is a remotefirst organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.


We are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to help students from our international cohorts (mainly from the USA) throughout the learning process answering their questions relieving their doubts and solving technical issues.

What you will do::
  • Help students by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels;
  • Accompany the learning process communicate with the student guidance team;
  • Work with a large amount of information and structure it accordingly.


What we can offer you::
  • $1.1k payment on a monthly basis;
  • The basic schedule is 2/2 10 am 10 pm ET (15:00 03:00 Central European Time / 17:00 05:00 GMT 3).
  • Up to 3 times a month the schedule may be shifted 4 hours towards day/night time to cover other teammates shifts;
  • A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools Jira Notion Zoom Hubspot HiBob to make collaborating together seamless;

Requirements :

  • Advanced level of English (C1);
  • Customeroriented enjoy helping people and able to multitask;
  • General understanding of the IT industry and programming languages such as HTML CSS JavaScript Python;
  • Interest in the tech industry ready to dive into it understanding the processes of IT products and online services;
  • Ability to organize oneself everyone and everything around.
