Introduction of Othis

The typical private banking client is changing the new generation of high networth individuals is globallyconnected digitallynative and risk affine. This growing population is looking for an ondemand personalised and digital wealth management experience that is not available and largely misunderstood by the current system.

Othis provides this missing alternative to traditional private banking. Our mission is to empower personal wealth management.

With Othis clients no longer face the chaos of having to juggle multiple bank and brokerage portals; data is automatically aggregated from all connected accounts. Alternative assets such as venture capital that are not handled by traditional financial firms can be processed by Othis. All this data is neatly organized and presented in a single intuitive dashboard available on mobile and web.

In the future Othis aims to become a fullservice techfirst wealth management company that helps clients organize optimize and grow their wealth in a holistic and professional manner.

Tasks

Your mission

We are seeking a Customer Success Lead who will build and lead the customer success team at Othis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that each client receives service that is as attentive and professional as it was between clients and trusted banks in the past. Service back in the day had a personal touch banks had a face a smile and an individual voice that clients trusted. The ideal candidate will embody this tradition of personalized care acting as a dedicated point of contact for our clients ensuring their experiences with us are nothing short of exceptional.

What youll achieve in the first 12 months:

  • Set up the foundation of the customer success team including content processes and tools required to ensure an exceptional client onboarding experience.
  • Empower more than 1000 of highnetworth individuals with professional financial software through personalized 11 onboarding calls.
  • Contribute to the product development roadmap with prioritized client feedback and requests.
  • Hire educate and train a team of onboarding specialists dedicated to empowerment of the new generation of highnetworth professionals.

Requirements

About You

  • You have 3 years of experience maintaining high touch relationships in a customerfacing role preferably working with high networth individuals (HNWI).
  • You have experience with different types of customer success setups with direct exposure to one of the following areas: onboarding retention upselling.
  • You have an outgoing personality and take great pride and responsibility in the opportunity to empower and equip others.
  • You are skilled in effective communication and act thoughtfully in articulating any recommendations.
  • You have a strong work ethic with impeccable followthrough for clients and your crossfunctional teams.
  • You speak German natively and English fluently.

Prior financial background is not required although a substantial plus to your application.
