Tasks

As Customer Success Expert you will be the main point of contact for our artisans. In the first phase you will create a tailormade webshop in close contact with the customer guiding him in the process. You will be fully in charge of this project and be their single point of contact. Your knowledge about our products and your commercial insights will be of great importance to launch the ecommerce solution of the local entrepreneur in the best possible way.

In the second phase after launch your job will consist out of 3 parts. First of all you will stay their personal expert in the digital world and you will help them if they have any questions. Secondly being their digital guide you will lead the way and show them how they can apply our services in the best possible way. Thirdly you will gather feedback of your clients translate it into technical requirements and make proposals to the management team on how we can improve our services. You will have the opportunity to influence our products directly and make a real difference. You will be the voice of the local entrepreneur. In the end your goal is to create ambassadors rather than customers.

in this job candidates will be responsible for helping users (mostly bakeries) across their region to setup and start using the Client website. The candidate will get customers from the sales team that they have to contact and help them setup their website payment methods and product catalogue. This involves a lot of creativity and some light project management skills.

Everything is done within a proprietary CMS where users can build a website by dragging and dropping elements. Having an interest in building websites (through WordPress or another CMS ) social media and advertisements are a definite plus.

Once the website has been build the next phase of the job comes into play. In this stage candidates will be helping customers to get the most out of their website and help them with any questions or issues.

1. Contract > launch

  • Designing webshops for customers (products design administration)
  • Building a webshop in the companys proprietary CMS system (so no coding skills are required)
  • Design marketing materials
  • Educate customers on how to use the proprietary CMS system.

2. Postlaunch of customer website

  • Aftersales / account management. Helping customers with issues via phone/email
  • ecommerce consulting (provide advice for customers in order to maximize the platforms profitability)

Getting feedback from the market in order to determine new feature requests
