We are looking for aspiring candidates for one of our Blended Domestic Premium Customer
Service Process. This is an immediate joining opportunity to work with one of the Top Class Customer Care
Projects in India.
Role : Customer Service Specialist
Experience : 0.6 1 Year
Salary: 2.96 LPA ( 2.4 LPA Fixed)
Location : Thane (Mumbai)
Requirements:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills in English.
Managing user communication via emails/ chat and outcalls Blended Process.
Ensuring minimum turnaround time for resolving user queries & complaints
Delivering the bestinclass service in the most friendly and timely manner
Suggesting process & product improvements based on user feedback
Assisting the team in reporting & analysis.
Being a team player and learning from your peers.
Should be flexible to work on shifts.
Eligibility :
Minimum of one year of experience working in blended processes like email chat voice
etc.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of CRM Tools. Additional Information :
Rotational Shift with 1 Week Off.
24 7 process
6 Months to 1 Year Experience in BPO (Customer Service) Preferred.
Should be staying close to Thane/ Else easily reach Thane in 3045 mins.
