Job Description

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to using our products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor proactively identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
  • Manage client relationships fostering open communication and building trust
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities driving additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to help clients get the most out of our offerings.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry (a plus)
