Job Description:


DDi Smart Technology is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Software/IT product development industry with a strong background in customer success. As a Customer Success Manager at DDi you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients throughout their journey with our products.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Customer Onboarding:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless implementation process.
Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Develop a deep understanding of DDis products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Provide training sessions to clients on product features and best practices.
Customer Success Planning:
  • Collaborate with clients to create and execute customer success plans aligned with their business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling based on client needs.
Feedback Collection:
  • Gather feedback from clients and work closely with product development teams to advocate for enhancements and improvements.
  • Utilize client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
Renewals and Expansion:
  • Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities within existing client accounts.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success roles within the Software/IT product development industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer success.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
  5. Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  6. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
