Thats why were expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a FrenchspeakingCustomer Success Manager. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a strong relationshipbuilder to join our team and take care of our French and Europeanclients
Within the Customer Success department you find Customer Success Managers Product Specialists Promote Specialists and Onboarding Specialists who are located in Sweden Finland Colombia the US and New Zealand .
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Implement and onboard new customers.
Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential with everything from integrations in our marketplace and best practices to training opportunities.
Work as a strategical advisor & goaloriented for our customers.
Work proactively with renewals.
Build strong relationships.
Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers in the form of expansion sales upselling/crossselling.
Track customers accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
Collect and analyze customers feedback and present it internally
Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.
