Job Title: Customer Success Manager Enterprise Software (Banking Solutions)
Location: Baghdad Iraq

Our client a leading Banking Software solutions company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager specializing in enterprise software particularly focused on banking solutions. As a Customer Success Manager you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our existing clients driving upsell and crosssell opportunities and ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the banking sector serving as their primary point of contact for all postsales activities.
  2. Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value to their business.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute upsell and crosssell strategies driving revenue growth and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with their strategic objectives.
  5. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization advocating for their needs and influencing product development and roadmap prioritization.
  6. Provide proactive support and guidance to clients helping them maximize the value they receive from our software solutions and address any challenges or issues they may encounter.
  7. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively intervene to mitigate churn risks driving customer retention and longterm loyalty.
  8. Stay uptodate on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in the banking sector sharing insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
  9. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product management and support to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer success.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems providing regular updates and reports to management on customer health and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 1012 years of experience in customer success account management or sales roles within the enterprise software industry with a focus on banking solutions.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customerfacing role.
  4. Deep understanding of the banking industry including knowledge of industry trends regulations and challenges.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
  6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and develop actionable insights.
  7. Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  8. Proactive and resultsdriven mindset with a passion for driving customer success and delivering exceptional service.
  9. Experience working with CRM systems and other sales and customer success tools.
  10. Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients as needed.
