REQUIRED SKILLS
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements processes and data within the CS space.
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
Work with the Project Manager to parse out work and track progress to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with project objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance data quality customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the CS domain.
Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and define actionable solutions.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset seeking opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
Provide support to the project team by documenting requirements user stories and process diagrams as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst with a focus on data analysis and customer success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work in a Kanban environment focusing on smart work breakdown rather than traditional Agile methodologies.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL and Excel is a plus.
