Job Description

Title Customer Solution Manager

Abstract We are looking for a new manager to lead our Customer Solution department. The Customer Solution department is responsible for onboarding and support activities towards our customers. As a Customer Solution manager you will lead a department of multiple teams of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers from implementation to operation support. We are on a mission to eliminate supply chain friction by providing efficient EDI solutions for integration of business process. Over the past ten years we have grown organic and we are about to kickstart a new growth period with our new strategy for mapped and unmapped solutions via our iPaaS platform. Servicing our customers is our biggest mission we help transform their business process to do more business and in an efficient manner. We challenge the status quo in an industry that has seen zero to noninnovation over the past 30 years.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Focus on teamwork

  • Bachelors Degree (with two years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • The role requires three years minimum of job experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).


Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing configuring and maintaining EDI systems.

  • Knowable about how to use Webservices and APIs

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Ability to apply test and reconfigure data rules to produce desired results

  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator tactical leader and doer



Requirements

  • 47 years of proven work experience in customer or client management team within IT implementation it will be a plus if you have experience within EDI

  • Strong knowledge of software methodologies tools & processes.

  • Experience in writing clear conceive and comprehensive implementation documentation

  • Experience in management

  • Experience in handling customers and clients in Europe and USA

  • Experience in performance testing (Good to have)

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Requirements - Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, or Assistant Manager Experience in providing customer service support Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques Proficiency in English Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools Awareness of industry s latest technology trends and applications
