Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight bookings travel itineraries and other related queries.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth travel arrangements by coordinating with airlines hotels and other travel service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travelrelated processes including visa requirements travel insurance and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and crosssell additional travel services such as hotel accommodations car rentals and travel packages.
  • Stay updated with industry trends travel advisories and changes in airline policies to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.
  • Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system ensuring accurate and detailed information for future reference and data analysis.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong command of the English language.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing customer demands and travelrelated processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customeroriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.
