Customer Service - Thai Speaker

1. Role Description

This is a fulltime role for a Customer Service Thai speaker. As a Customer Service representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to Thaispeaking customers. This role is based in Bangkok City Thailand and is an onsite position.

2. Qualifications

• Fluency in Thai and English
• Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email chat and Calls.
• Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
• Perform all procedures accurately including following clients documented call flows work processes data entry requirements and complaint management processes
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
• Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes
