Job Description

Our client is a big multinational company active in health care sector. They are building up a customer service department for Europe in smart offices in Prague 8. We are searching for candidates for French speaking regions.

Tasks

  • Receiving monitoring and processing customer orders and requests i
  • Masters the product knowledge of current product portfolio. Provides customer with accurate information regarding company products and sales promotions.
  • Point of contact (phone or email) for Customers and Sales reps during the day for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customer
  • Ensures a correct order management: Quotations Orders Deliveries and Invoices
  • Manages product and service complaints
  • Reaches Customer Service targets
  • Implements all EMEA procedures and processes linked to Customer Care and agreed with the Customer Care Manager.
  • Promotes campaigns and offers agreed with the Customer Care Manager.
  • Works and leverages relations with sister companies in whole group

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French language (French native speakers preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service within an international corporation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (SAP CRM & Excel)
  • Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Reliable and high sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Resistance to stress and ability to prioritize
