Tasks

• Answering German or French and English customer queries on the phone
• Support by email
• Help with technical questions about our products

Requirements

• Fluency English (C2level) and very good knowledge of German / French
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• Already knowledge of customer service
• Very good PC skills
• Valid work permit and residence in Berlin
• Willingness to work 5 times a week
