Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Is a foodie: loves or takes an interest in food and/or trends
- Educational Background: Preferably possesses a background in Business Marketing Hospitality Communication or related fields though specific degree requirements are flexible.
- Experience: Brings at least 12 years of proven customer service or call center experience is familiar with the fastpaced work environment and has general experience with help desk or ticket management software.
- Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software outstanding communication skills attention to detail and strong prioritisation and time management abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Exhibits unlimited patience and calm under pressure is proactive in anticipating issues passionate about food and skilled in networking and building rapport quickly.
The next superpowers are friendly to have:
- Prior experience in hospitality / catering / event planning / working in the tech industry.
