As a Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service and client communication. You will work closely with customers sales staff and field service technicians to ensure that we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Review outside service technicians billing for accuracy
  • Ensure that technicians have completed all stops
  • Reschedule appointments as needed
  • Answering high call volume and Data entryAssist with high volume of phone calls
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
  • Dispatching Technicians
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Upload documents


Requirements

  • Selfmotivated with the ability to take initiative
  • Quick learner for a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent problem solving negotiating and customer service skills
  • Must be organized and accurate with attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to work independently but also a team player
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Have good customer retention skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
