What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service preferably in finance or Ecommerce industry
  • High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous.
  • Preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
  • Passionate for the customer service industry and can work under different work shift including night shifts.
  • Positive about the crypto industry
  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency
  • Proficient in English language or Bilingual in English or Mandarin
  • Willing to work shifting

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via various communication channels including phone email and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with accountrelated issues transaction inquiries and technical support.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
