Job Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to work fulltime onsite shifting schedules and split offs
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries concerns and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer inquiries and escalations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals as outlined by management
