Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Process orders returns and exchanges
- Assist customers in navigating company products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions and feedback
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience or relevant experience
