Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing support and delivering superior customer service. You will handle customer inquiries resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.
Manage large volumes of incoming calls and email queries.
Identify and assess customers needs clarify information research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Qualifications: High school degree; higher education is a plus.
Personality: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask prioritize find ways to be helpful to the team and manage time effectively.
