Prior to his current professional endeavors Mr. Perry was a managing partner of a successful coal and limestone mining company for which he was instrumental with branchingout into several other businesses including restaurants housing developments hotels and a full service golf country club .

Tasks

BioRemedial Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team effective immediately. The Customer Service Team puts a human face on all of BioRemedial Technologies customer touchpoints. Youll be on the phone managing email and chat assisting customers with product and order status questions as well as being a pointofcontact to resolve the occasional mistake. Youll get to know our product line and become an expert at advising customers. Youre going to be completely empowered to WOW our customers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
