We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Foil Resistors division!

Tasks

  • Customer point of contact for all questions with support for guidelines concerning price lists quotation part number validation etc.
  • Order (entry and change) primary function with implementation of delivery for product and pricing fully validated.
  • Coordinates all customer complaints including requests for RMA (Return merchandise authorization) to replace as warranted.
  • Handle RFQ (request for quote) process timely with full supporting documents for review by business and make complete approved offers. Followup on all opportunities and routine reporting with closure.
  • New material requests coordinated for setup and implementation for ordering and quoting including material master and customer material information records.
  • Weekly backlog review of customer business with emphasis on supervision of purchase orders until delivered including all needed special arrangements.
  • Followup FAE activities customer visits/samples. Support FAE administratively and search for new customers to visit.
  • Communicates critical customer information/requirements to business units.
  • Optional customer visits/public exhibitions if agreed to by all parties.
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts and contact lists.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • MS Office productsbasic office intermediate level experience is required.
  • Experience working with a ERP and CRM system
  • English and German language (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work on deadlines multitask prioritize effectively communicate strategic information effectively and contribute to maintaining control and growth of the business.
