About Us:

SnappyCX is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the BPO industry providing talent outsourcing.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients interacting with customers to address inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and contributing to the overall success of our client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat professionally and on time.

  • Ensure timely processing of orders received on our backend website.

  • Coordinate with drivers through the Signal messaging app to dispatch orders efficiently.

  • Monitor order status and provide realtime updates to customers.

  • Adhere to established quality standards and ensure customer interactions meet or exceed performance metrics.

  • Accurately document customer interactions issues and resolutions in the designated CRM system.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our clients.

  • Utilize sales experience to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products or services to customers.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Familiar with Signal Messaging App.

  • Sales experience and ability to upsell other products to the client

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.

  • 2 years of experience in a call center environment.

  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.


You Will Be a Great If:

  • You have a fast machine and stable internet connection at home.

  • Have prior experience working remotely.

  • Can collaborate with other teams autonomously.

  • Have a strong orientation on task completion results and strategic goals.

  • You value personal integrity and conscientiousness.

  • Are organized and highly detailed.

  • Can work 25 hrs per week
