Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries orders and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in customer service or related field
