Assist customers in person via phone and email to provide information about the hotel and its services
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Process reservations changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies rates and availability to assist customers with booking decisions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences including housekeeping maintenance and food services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
