Customer Service Representative

Tasks

• Assist customers in person via phone and email to provide information about the hotel and its services

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

• Process reservations changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently

• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies rates and availability to assist customers with booking decisions

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences including housekeeping maintenance and food services

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
