Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 35000.00 Php 75000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
Handle incoming customer service calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information.
Efficiently convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings or appointments.
Assist technicians with their booking schedules to optimize efficiency.
Maintain and update customer profiles in the CRM system.
Document customer interactions and relevant information for future reference.
Contribute to the execution of text and email campaigns.
Assist in creating engaging content for customer communications.
Actively participate in lead generation efforts to identify potential customers.
Conduct cold calls to generate interest and schedule appointments.
Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.
Display flexibility in handling various responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications as a Customer Service Representative:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
Techsavvy with proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Willingness to learn about Plumbing and HVAC to better understand our business.
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and improvement.
Proven track record as a task accomplisher with a focus on meeting goals.
