As a Customer Care Representative at Shree Maruti, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service to both new and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information to customers, address their inquiries and concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with a background in finance or commerce who possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. Multilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about our products, services, and promotions to both new and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with account setup, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Multilingual abilities are preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
