Key Responsibility Areas
- Assist customers globally through 3 channels: Chat Phone & Email. Key business geographies are US CA UK AU & NZ
- Remain updated on existing and new products offered on the website
- Complete all assigned customer cases in a timely manner
- Customer queries will include:
- product questions
- order status
- order changes
- shipping
- website usage
Requirements
- The candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Primary language: English
- The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates with strong customer orientation are preferred.
