Job Description

Tasks

  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints via phone email or inperson
  • Processing orders returns and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
