Tasks
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints via phone email or inperson
- Processing orders returns and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Assisting with scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
