We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and be part of our mission.

As a Customer Service Representative at OnSpot Global you will be responsible for providing toptier customer support services on behalf of our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction resolving customer issues and maintaining a positive brand image. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via phone email and live chat
  • Gathering customer information assessing customer needs and providing solutions to customer problems
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Updating customer information in the customer service database during interactions
  • Providing customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services
  • Providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with other customer servicerelated tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 4 years total of CSR experience.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar customer service role
  • Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customeroriented mindset
  • Proficient in using customer service software databases and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
